In this Privacy Policy, 4-Sure Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd or “we” refers to a company that operates in South Africa

We process (which includes the collection, use and sharing) your personal information mainly to provide you with access to our services and products, to help us improve our offerings to you and for certain other purposes explained below
The type of information we collect will depend on the purpose for which it is collected and used. We will only collect information that we need for that purpose.
We collect information directly from you where you provide us with your personal details, for example via our website or any mobile application made available by us, when you purchase a product or services from us or when you submit enquiries to us or contact us.
Website usage information is collected using “cookies” which allows us to collect standard internet visitor usage information.

We may from time to time need to disclose your personal information to our service providers who are involved in the delivery of products or services to you or who are otherwise engaged by us for legitimate business purposes which are compatible with the purposes detailed above. We have agreements in place with these third parties to ensure that they comply with the terms under this Privacy Policy and in compliance with PPI.

You are granted various rights under PPI in respect of your personal information, including the right to access, update, correct or delete your personal information and, in certain circumstances, to object to the processing of your personal information. Upon your request in accordance with applicable law, 4-Sure will grant you reasonable access to your personal information and will permit you to correct, amend or delete personal information that is incomplete or inaccurate or object to any processing of your personal information. 4-Sure will take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information is kept as accurate, complete and up-to-date as reasonably possible but may not always expressly request you to verify and update your personal information, unless this process is specifically necessary. 4-Sure expects that you will notify 4-Sure from time to time in writing of any updates required in respect of your personal information.Should you so request, we will provide you with the record or a description of the personal information which we have about you, including information about the identity of all third parties who have, or have had, access to the personal information: (i) within a reasonable time; (ii) at a prescribed fee, if any; (iii) in a reasonable manner and format; and (iv)in a form that is generally understandable.
You may contact us at the contact details set out below in order to exercise any of your rights under PPI. You acknowledge and understand that where you have objected to any processing, this may impact our ability to provide services or products to you.
We will take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing details of your personal information.
